It is advised to take Echinacea Cold & Flu Relief (THR) in its recommended dosage (for adults, elderly and children over 12 years thats one or two capsules a day) at the first signs of a cold. Each capsule contains 176mg of dried pressed juice from fresh flowering Echinacea purpurea herb, equivalent of 3,520mg-4,925mg of fresh flowering Echinacea purpurea herb.
